Municipal Water Treatment
The Accu-Tab system combines specially-designed chlorinators with controlled-release calcium hypochlorite tablets to ensure consistent and manageable chlorine levels, offering a cost-effective and efficient alternative to chlorine gas or bleach. Unlike traditional systems, it reduces the risk of leaks and requires no costly safety infrastructure, with only rubber gloves and safety goggles needed for tablet handling. This system has been successfully used in drinking water applications, making it suitable for small-to-medium water treatment plants, well water disinfection, groundwater treatment, and various wastewater systems, as confirmed by numerous global installations. It’s important to note that Accu-Tab® calcium hypochlorite tablets are exclusively engineered for use with Accu-Tab chlorinators and should never be mixed with other substances to prevent equipment malfunction, warranty loss, and safety hazards. Operators should thoroughly understand the label instructions before using the system.

Ground Wells
The SES Accu-Tab system is a safe, effective and easy managed Water Disinfection option for ground wells. Delivering Gas Chlorine Cylinders and Heavy hard to maneuver Bleach drums to unmanned well sites is dangerous and can be an expensive logistical problem. The SES Accu-Tab system solves these issues with easy-to-handle Accu-Tab Cal-Hypo tablets in 60-pound buckets that maintain their chlorine assay strength for up to 12 months.
Water Treatment Plants
The SES Accu-Tab System can provide safe and effective Water Disinfection in .5 to 10 MGD Water Treatment Plants. Accu-Tabs’ more neutral pH and stable Chlorine outputs allow municipalities to spend less on additional buffering chemicals associated with low pH Chlorine Gas and High pH Sodium Hypochlorite. Neutral pH and low PPM injection points ensure safety for workers and the surrounding communities while being less corrosive on corresponding WTP piping and pumps. SES Accu-Tab are suitable for pretreatment, Intermediate treatment, and post-treatment applications.
Booster Stations
Booster Station chlorination is a practical method for improving the consistency of Chlorine Residuals in drinking water systems. Automated Booster Stations help curtail chlorine cost and eliminate excessive chlorine levels for homes close to the WTP as well as reduce THMs’ associated with High Chlorine Dosing and stagnate water flows. Many booster stations sites are unmanned and located near neighborhoods where typically 1 to 10 pounds of chlorine is used per day. SES Accu-Tab technology is an effective answer to safety and chemical degradation concerns.
